How long it takes for my order to arrive?
We strive to ship your order within 24 hours. In Europe, most orders arrive within 1-7 business days if all ordered items are in stock. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to assist you. For destinations outside Europe, it could take up to 10-12 business days when you choose standard delivery and 48-72 hour for express delivery. We ship internationally in over 65 countries. Do I need to register to buy?
Not at all! You can shop with us as a guest, and you don’t have to register, but we suggest you create one because it will speed up the checkout process next time. Furthermore, you will access exclusive deals and offers if you register.

How is the package wrapper, and Who is the sender?
Your order is packaged in a discrete box with no mention of the content. The sender will appear as a general logistics company with no indication that it contains any adult product. This ensures your privacy and complete discretion for all orders placed with us.

Absolutely not! Despite the payment method you choose, all orders are processed at the same time. We process all orders within 24-48 business hours, and your package will arrive at its destination on time, regardless of the payment choice.
I want to return a product; how does it work?
At www.Dayra.eu, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please submit a claim by emailing us at [email protected] within 14 days after the delivery. Please note that any intimate items such as lingerie, dildos, and accessories for the penis cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a technical failure or if it does not match the description provided upon order.
Once contact has been made with Customer Service, the refund process will be devolved to the credit/debit card used to buy or to a bank account if the order was paid in another way.

The shipping costs are NOT refundable unless the product is damaged.
Do the products have a warranty?
The same Manufacturer guarantees the products, dayra.eu does not offer a special or extra warranty. We sell only products that comply with EU regulations and have a warranty. We advise you to carefully read the instructions for the use and maintenance of the product. By general rule, the products have two years guarantee.
