Shipment processing times
Orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours of an order being placed. We will always do our best to process your order as soon as possible following the following schedule:
Orders placed on business days before 10.00-hour EEST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 10.00 hours EEST will ship out the next business day.
Depending on the destination country, buyers can choose from several carriers, including GLS or DHL.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays (Romania and Spain).
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed one day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
To estimate when your package will arrive, count the business days starting the day after your package ships (Ex.- If your order ships on a Monday, Tuesday would be the first business day in transit). Add one business day to your estimated arrival date if a national holiday occurs while your package is in transit.
Please note that our warehouses and offices are located in Spain and Romania. Our business working days are affected by bought countries' national and public holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please make sure to allow our domain.
What's the status of my order?
Once your order has been submitted, an email confirmation with the associated order information will be sent to the email address on file. If you haven't seen this email, we suggest looking in your promotional or spam folders.
Once your package has departed our warehouse facility, we’ll email you your associated tracking information, and you can keep an eye on the order status.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your tracking number is updated for the first time, you will see the carrier's estimated delivery date for your order.
This date is just an estimation and may change during transit. Please remember that our shipping method timelines are in business days and do not include weekends or national holidays.

If your tracking says "pre-shipment," the order is in process, and your package will likely arrive within the timeline selected at checkout. If it's past that arrival date and still says "pre-shipment," please contact us.

Yes, we have various express shipping methods available. Just select one of the express options during checkout.
Do you provide free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over 150€ to numerous European Countries; check the list for more information. Free shipping is also available for orders over 40€ in Spain and Portugal, excluding the Islands, with one of the following standard shipping companies: Correos, MRW, or Nacex.
