EU countries :
1.    Express delivery (48-72h) : from  10.99 Euros with DHL shipping company.
2.    Standard delivery 7- 10 Days: from 8.99 Euros with GLS shipping company.


Non Eu countries

Shipping & Returns

Package delivery

As a general rule , the packages are shipped within maximum 48 working hours following receipt of payment , using a Transport Company / National Logistics or Post with tracking number . The boxes are discrete without any distinctive labels

Shipping costs include handling , packaging costs , and postal expenses.

We advise you to group all your items in one order . We can not combine two separate orders and shipping charges apply for each individually.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur after posting your package , but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items .

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the logistics company .

The boxes have fair measures and your items are well protected.

Returns :

Only complaints received by e- mail to hello @ dayra.eu or through website contact form will be admitted. The deadline to claim will be 14 days after delivery of the product .

For hygiene reasons, NO exchanges or refunds are admitted for items like lingerie, dildos , harnesses, strap on, accessories penis , or edible and others intim use.


Exchanges/Refunds are allowed for technical(broke, crack,etc)  failure detected before use , or if the product received is different from the ordered one . It shall also not apply to any product that has been unsealed after delivery except technical failure detected before use .


Most devices and other sextoys will have 2 years Guaranteed, to claim the guarantee please contact us, or directly the manufacturer.


If the item is returned because it's faulty, not as described, the seller will  reimburse the return postage costs. However, if the buyers want to return the item for any other reason within 14 days, they have to pay to send it back .


Once you have contacted Customer Care the process of repayment will be established by the seller.
Such refund shall be made at customer's choice of one of the following way:
•    In the same method as the payment was made
•    By exchanging with other items
•    By repaying the amount in points redeemable for future purchases.

The reimbursement to the customer as a result of this return will be made within 3 to 30 days after the reimbursement was accepted by us. The reimbursement is operated by the bank system.

For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days from the acceptance of the return.

The return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the product/s returned/s.
The shipping costs are NOT refundable. Except manufacturer failure.


The shipping costs are NOT refundable if the shipping address was not correct (according to shipping company).


Every buyer that will return a product will receive an email informing the refund details and status.

Order Cancelation:

If you want to cancel an order please contact us and let us know your decision as soon as possible. We can not cancel an order if the product was already handled to the shipping company.
